Managing Customers Expectations - Tradesmen?

In this episode of The Streetwise Mentor Podcast John explains how you can ensure that your clients expectations are dealt with in the best way so that you can get the best growth for your business. He also explains the importance of being authentic, open and honest with your clients.

Set clear deliverable and give it to your clients so they know exactly what they’re getting, what you’re giving and when. It’s always good to have deadlines of when you’re doing things by.

Be authentic because people love to over promise.

Let your client know what to expect and be honest with them.Establish the communication between you and your customer but also your team so that everyone knows exactly what’s going on at all times.

Personally get to know your customers so that they can get to understand them and their expectations. It’s part of the report building.

Always sign a contract and ensure it’s correct. Even some of the small projects you should have a contract for.If you say you’re going to be somewhere, be there. If you say you’re going to do something, do it.

You want people to refer you.Be transparent by being honest, upfront and open and share your experiences because that’s what your clients are paying for.Always at the beginning, ask your clients exactly what outcome they want. Don’t talk too much about how great you are.
